MortgageInfoLink.com's Internet Loan Origination and Processing software is hosted on our server and can be accessed 24/7. The proprietary software is encrypted for security with firewalled access. Access is gained by I.D. Number codes and it allows segmented access, so that an agent can access parts of the process "pipeline" that involves their work. Clients can also access to view the status of the loan. Other access codes are assigned to underwriters, title insurance, credit, appraisal and document signing co's, however each can only access their assigned area.
The interactive software populates information throughout the system to reduce work. The P2P (peer to peer) software developed by our affiliate, InfoLinkNetwork.com, uses Gnutella hybrid programming to search and obtain the best rates!
